A Little About Us
Feather & Fern is a home—based maker space created to spark creativity, imagination, and hands-on fun.
Led by Danica Hess—a local artist, a single mom of two, Parkway Elementary staff member, and BFA in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from UW-Milwaukee—our space combines a love for art, nature, and community in a safe, supportive setting.

Fully fenced backyard + cozy attached Sun Studio for rain or shine sessions
Small group sizes for lots of personal attention
Supervised animal interactions with our friendly backyard chickens
